I had the privilege of photographing a wedding at Pat’s Barn in Rensselaer, New York. Pat’s Barn is a 200-year old landmark that was renovated in 2009 with original features of the barn still in tact. There’s a getting ready space upstairs and space to fit up to 200 seated guests at the venue. This wedding venue is great because you get the feel of a barn without being in the middle of nowhere.
I had the honor of photographing Lisa + Joe’s proposal the year prior, so I was SO excited when they reached out to me for their wedding photos! I loved capturing every emotion, especially when they were sharing vows with each other. Lisa + Joe had their ceremony outside – just in time, too – because it ended up raining right after they walked back down the aisle. Everyone ended coming in for cocktail hour and the reception – Nicole’s Catering handled the change beautifully and without a hitch! Here’s just a few photos of all the details of their big day.
“Becca was so easy to work with from beginning to end! She gave us the info we needed ahead of time and with her helping us plan for pictures throughout the wedding process photos on the day of the wedding were a breeze. We loved working with her!” – Lisa + Joe
